The Lexington Farmers' Market is open every Tuesday (May 31 - October 25) from 2:00 - 6:30, rain or shine.
Kids entering grades 3-6 (and their parents) are invited to participate in a market workshop. Did you know lobsters were once used as fertilizer for the garden and thought to be "food for the poor". Carolyn, from C & C Lobster, will show us a live lobster and teach us how it chews it's food.
Farmer Kim of Chestnut Farms will share stories about her farm and how the health of her grass affects the health of her animals. Learn what Solar Tea is and sample a cup made by Flora Restaurant.
