Produced by Anthony Tedesco of The Student Publishing Program and LHS class of ’87, LHS English Teacher Karen Russell, and Lexington Community Education, with support from The William G. Tapply Memorial Fund, UNSAID is an event and book that provide a much-needed platform to help students demonstrate their academic merit––to themselves and to their community at-large––beyond grades and standardized test scores. The public is invited to come support them as student authors, as sons and daughters and friends, as young Lexingtonians, and perhaps most of all as unique, courageous individuals sharing what they’ve often been unable to say, offering glimpses at who they really are––in their own words.

The Student Publishing Program gives 100% of profits from book sales back to LHS to fund future participation, and event tickets benefit Lexington Community Education, with a portion applied to book sales.

Books ordered before the May 24th event receive a $10 discount -- they are $24 and can be picked up at the event or later at LHS Room 230, while the limited supply of books from the first print run last. (Please remember to print and bring your receipt.) Books ordered after May 24th are $34. Event tickets are $7 before May 24th and $10 at the door. Event tickets for LHS students are free with student ID.

Space is limited and pre-registration is strongly recommended.  To pre-register for this event please contact Lexington Community Education at 781 862 8043.
