Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). Program Options Pre-Competition Academy For developing players beginning the competitive pathway (ages approx. 10–14) Monday / Wednesday / Friday 3:30–6:00 PM Functional training: 5:30–6:00 PM Competition Academy For tournament-level players (ages approx. 12–18) Monday–Friday 5:00–8:00 PM Integrated fitness: 5:00–6:00 PM Cocos Academy (Red / Orange / Green Ball) For players ages 5–10 building their tennis foundations. Beginners and experienced Cocos welcome.
