Pasta Making for Kids in grades 5-8
In this hands on pasta workshop kids will learn how to make, roll and cut their own pasta. How do you flavor the dough? Did you know there is a lemon flavored pasta? How do you stuff all that filling inside a ravioli? We will mix up some filling and make our own homemade ravioli, just like the pros do! Each student will go home with a box of their own fresh pasta or ravioli to be enjoyed at home. This class is appropriate for for beginner cooks, or more advanced.
