Michele Ellicks, Community Outreach Coordinator, from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles, will discuss issues facing elder drivers, their families and caregivers. The program will discuss how and when to transition from driver to passenger, information on how age affects driving, along with details on the new safe driver law and reporting procedures.
