Stream Management Workshop - Shawsheen River Watershed Project

Lexington’s Engineering and Conservation Divisions will host a public workshop on Thursday, October 11, 2012 to discuss stream management in the Shawsheen River Watershed.

The workshop is part of the Shawsheen River Watershed Project, which aims to identify problem areas, explore restoration and mitigation opportunities, and develop a priority plan to protect property and water resources in the watershed. Citizens are encouraged to attend and offer feedback, especially those living in the Shawsheen River Watershed (which includes Vine Brook, North Lexington Brook and Kiln Brook) and those with an interest in watershed stewardship.
