Falls Prevention Awareness with Mount Auburn Hospital
A free Lunch and Learn - Registration is open until September 18th!
Come join Mount Auburn Hospital on Wednesday, September 23rd for a free lunch and learn about how to significantly reduce your risk of falling.
During the event, participants will gain valuable insight about what they can do to prevent falls including:
- How exercise can improve balance and strength
- How reviewing your medications can be beneficial
- The importance of getting your vision and hearing checked
- Little adjustments that can be made to make the home safer
The event will take place between 11:30am and 1pm at Mount Auburn Hopital in Cambridge, MA.
