Farm to Table Holiday Cooking Workshop

Wright-Locke Farm's last workshop of the season (Winchester, MA)

Wright-Locke Farm’s Educational Workshops for teens and adults this fall include a variety of subjects related to local food and the wonders of nature. The Farm is wrapping up it’s program season with one last workshop this month.

The Farm to Table Holiday Cooking Workshop with Sarah Tugender is next Saturday, November 14 from 3-5pm at Saint Eulalia’s Parish (50 Ridge Street, Winchester, MA).

Plant-based nutrition and health consultant Sarah Tugender will lead this hands-on cooking workshop showcasing delicious and healthy recipes to enjoy at home or to prepare for party guests. Local and seasonal fruits and vegetables will be featured in dishes such as butternut bisque, festive kale salad with delicata squash and apple-cinnamon vinaigrette, roasted farm veggies, stuffed acorn squash, farm casserole, and raw pumpkin maple pie.

Registration is required to attend farm education programs. Visit the farm’s website to learn more about or to register for a Youth Education Program or Adult Workshop.
