Fermenting Beverages Workshop this Saturday 5/16 (Winchester, MA)
Learn how to ferment drinks like kombucha, ginger ale, and apple cider at home.

Join Wright-Locke Farm for our first fermentation workshop of the year this Saturday, May 16 from 10am - 12 noon at Saint Eulalia’s Parish kitchen (50 Ridge Street- right next door to the Farm). Holistic nutritionist Gena Mavuli will teach the fundamentals of lacto-fermentation, how fermented foods promote healthy body function, and how to ferment beverages like kombucha, ginger ale, and apple cider safely at home. Bring a few jars to take a sample home if you want! Workshop fee is $20 per person (ages 16+). Registration required.
