First Place 4 Health is coming to Wakefield! Classes start soon at First Parish Congregational Church, the stone church by the lake.

Do you want to improve your relationships with others? Do you desire to be physically fit? Are you tired of being tired? Would you like to know God in a more intimate way? The answer is coming!
First Place 4 Health, a Christ-centered total-wellness program, will be offered at First Parish Congregational Church. The FP4H is in over 12,000 churches and has helped a multitude over the years. The program addresses the whole person, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The cost for your initial 12 week session is $125; subsequent 12 week sessions are $25.

First Place 4 Health Fall groups will begin meeting the week of September 28. Two classes are being offered, session one meets on Monday nights and session two meets on Wednesday nights. Classes are from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the fellowship room.
