Free Caregiver Workshop in Concord

Are you caring for a loved one? Feeling stressed or not sure where to begin? Then please join us for a free 6 week workshop, Powerful Tools for Caregivers, presented by Minuteman Senior Services and hosted by Cooperative Elder Services, 7 Chamberlin Drive, Concord, MA. Topics covered include self-care for the family caregiver, stress management techniques, how to use community resources effectively, and ways to build confidence. Workshop will be held from 9am to 10:30am on Tuesdays, from November 18 through December 23. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
