The Scoop: Brioche, baguette, vanilla bean loaf cake, maple-pecan scones, cinnamon sugar bread -- Hi-Rise Bread Company has the best selection of breads at the market.

The booth also sells homemade jams and granola, all made from their kitchen on Concord Avenue in Cambridge.

Hi-Rise also has what might be the prettiest setup at the entire market, with containers of rolls in the middle surrounded by the various shades of red, blue and purple jams in mason jars.
