The Scoop: Taza Chocolate sells a variety of organic chocolate goods all stone ground from organic ingredients in their factory in nearby Somerville.

On display at the Market are the disk-shaped "Chocolate Mexicano" bars, which have a striking grainy texture, and unlike pretty much every mass produced chocolate out there, are dairy free.

"Chocolate doesn't need milk. In lots of chocolate milk's just a filler," said Rayna Oliker, who operates the Taza stand.

Chocolate lovers can try exciting flavors of Chocolate Mexico like Salt and Pepper and Chipotle Chili. And if you become a fan, Taza offers tours of their chocolate factory in Somerville's Union Square, where those curious can watch the chocolate-making process from start to finish.
