In Good Company Premieres "Hail to the Chief" in Lexington

"Hail to the Chief" is a delightful exploration of poligical campaigns and the songs that defined them - suitable for all ages!

As the scene opens on the new musical, “Hail to the Chief,“ it’s election time: a professor at a local college is presenting a lecture about presidential campaigns and their songs since the nation’s birth. But before he can finish his first sentence, a boisterous group interrupts the lecture, demanding that the professor not just talk about presidential campaigns, but sing them. The musical authorities, with the willing assistance of their students Franklin and Eleanor, take their students -- and the audience -- on a high-energy tour of political campaigns from George Washington through JFK.

This delightful production is appropriate for adults and children (8+). The production will be presented at First Parish in Lexington, 7 Harrington Road, at 3:00 PM on November 9th. First Parish offers free parking and is handicapped accessible.
