This season, the LHS soccer program starts winning !!!
This season, the LHS soccer program starts with a bang, winning the attention of incoming and current high schoolers. More than 80 players are attending this week’s Soccer Clinic arranged by the LHS Boys Soccer Booster Club and directed by the prestigious Bentley University Coach Gary Crompton and his team of professional coaches.
The intent of the clinic is preparing players for the upcoming tryouts and soccer season. The Booster club is run by parents of LHS captains and players, and the Soccer Clinic is one of many activities the Booster Club organizes.
This year we are introducing additional events around soccer. The next event is a recognition fundraiser highlighting the TOPSoccer Program on September 5. The Lexington TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based program designed to meet the needs of children and young adults that have physical and/or developmental disabilities.
