Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Fitness and functional training are integrated into every academy session. Features: Sportsmanship: Our camp culture prizes sportsmanship, highlighted by our daily sportsperson awards and weekly CSS Cup.
