Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Location Acton Racquet Club 10 Granite Road, Acton, MA First 7 weeks indoors Final 7 weeks outdoors on the new ARC courts Training Structure All programs follow the AlligatorShot 360º Development System: Technical · Tactical · Physical · Mental We build personal development plans for every player, tailored to their specific needs and stage of development for competitive tennis. Fitness and functional training are integrated into every academy session. Program Options Pre-Competition Academy For developing players beginning the competitive pathway (ages approx. 10–14) Monday / Wednesday / Friday 3:30–6:00 PM Functional training: 5:30–6:00 PM Competition Academy For tournament-level players (ages approx. 12–18) Monday–Friday 5:00–8:00 PM Integrated fitness: 5:00–6:00 PM Cocos Academy (Red / Orange / Green Ball) For players ages 5–10 building their tennis foundations. K-12 summer soccer camps in Wayland, Wilmington, Tewksbury, and Belmont MA. Features: Sportsmanship: Our camp culture prizes sportsmanship, highlighted by our daily sportsperson awards and weekly CSS Cup. Skill Development: Ball control, possession, finishing, team tactical training, and multi-themed camps. Campers receive evaluations weekly, and parents receive daily photos and updates of training. Home Grown: We are run by established, credentialed local teachers and coaches. Many CSS campers are accepted into our CIT program and become coaches.
