Grand Jury Indictments Announced: 1 Lexington Case Included

LEXINGTON, MA—Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments last Monday. Luckily, Lexington is one of a few communities with just one Grand Jury Indictment. The incident occurred in Lexington.

Here’s a quick rundown of the case from the District Attorney’s office:

Stephen Donovan, 42, of Boston, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime (4 counts), larceny from a building (4 counts), and being a common and notorious thief (5 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Sarah Fallon.
