Rain, thunderstorms, and small hail are in the forecast for Lexington Wednesday.

Here’s the latest National Weather Service forecast:

• Wednesday: Chance of showers before 3 p.m., then showers and thunderstorms through the night, with a possibility of small hail and wind gusts as high as 30 mph. High of 63 degrees, low 39.
• Thursday: Slight chance of showers. High 53, low 34.
• Friday: Slight chance of showers. High 51, low 37.
