Hammond Agent Cheryl Stakutis Earns Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation

Designation recognizes agents who are expert negotiators

Concord, MASS. (February 11, 2015) – Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Concord office, recently announced that agent Cheryl Stakutis has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.

To achieve the CNE designation, Stakutis completed extensive coursework and passed the required examination. The CNE designation recognizes real estate agents who have the knowledge, training, and ability to expertly negotiate, which is a vital skill required for real estate transactions.

Cheryl Stakutis is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and Concord who was raised in a real estate development family. Her father was one of the first major condominium developers in the Boston area and her brother is an active builder/developer of luxury custom houses in Weston and the surrounding towns. Stakutis has been licensed to sell real estate since 1985, and during her career she has marketed and sold over six pre-construction and new condo developments.
