Hammond Agent Nancy Gitto-Panagiotes Earns Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation
Designation recognizes real estate agents who have the knowledge, training, and ability to expertly negotiate.

CONCORD, Mass. (March 13, 2015) – Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Concord office, recently announced that agent Nancy Gitto-Panagiotes has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute (RENI). The CNE designation recognizes real estate agents who have the knowledge, training, and ability to expertly negotiate.
To achieve the CNE designation, Gitto-Panagiotes successfully completed formal negotiation training over a period of two days. As such, she is now recognized as an agent who possesses the high level of skills necessary to effectively communicate, assist clients, work collaboratively, and resolve deadlocks.
A Hammond Residential agent, Nancy offers over 19 years of domestic and international marketing experience with over 7 years of real estate sales and training. Nancy Gitto-Panagiotes is a longtime Concord resident. Active within the community, she is a member of the Boston College Alumni Association and was a member of The Build Thoreau Committee. Nancy is also a member at The Holy Family Parish located on Monument Square in historic Concord Center.
