As part of our efforts to advance racial and social equity in Lexington, we are working with All Aces, Inc. to engage a broad range of stakeholders in our community on this issue.

The first step in the process is to learn more about the challenges our community faces with racial and social inequity. Hearing these perspectives will help us identify opportunities for improving racial and social equity moving forward.
All Aces will be facilitating focus groups to get input from:

- Cultural/community groups
- Elected/appointed members of Town boards/committees
- Municipal staff
- Any other interested community members
The focus groups will take place on the following dates:
- Board/Committee/Town Meeting Members/Town Staff - Monday, December 14, 12:00-1:30 PM
- Community Members - Tuesday, December 16, 7:00-8:30 PM
- Community Members - Wednesday, December 17, 7:00-8:30 PM
Space for these focus groups is limited. If you aren’t able to make these dates/times, or the slots are filled, there will be an online form for you to submit the same feedback covered in the focus groups.
