From March 16 to June 19, 2026<br />Spring Program – 14 Weeks Total (7 Indoor + 7 Outdoor)<br />We have 14 weeks in total to complete the Spring program, following AlligatorShot’s 360º planning system. Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle).<br />You can choose the option that best fits your schedule:<br />from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days.<br />Let’s work together to find the best option for you.<br />Location<br />Acton Racquet Club<br />10 Granite Road, Acton, MA<br />First 7 weeks indoors<br />Final 7 weeks outdoors on the new ARC courts<br /><br />Training Structure<br />All programs follow the AlligatorShot 360º Development System:<br />Technical · Tactical · Physical · Mental<br />We build personal development plans for every player, tailored to their specific needs and stage of development for competitive tennis.<br />Fitness and functional training are integrated into every academy session.<br /><br />Program Options<br />Pre-Competition Academy<br />For developing players beginning the competitive pathway (ages approx. 10–14)<br /><br />Monday / Wednesday / Friday<br />3:30–6:00 PM<br />Functional training: 5:30–6:00 PM<br /><br />Competition Academy<br />For tournament-level players (ages approx. 12–18)<br /><br />Monday–Friday<br />5:00–8:00 PM<br />Integrated fitness: 5:00–6:00 PM<br /><br />Cocos Academy (Red / Orange / Green Ball)<br />For players ages 5–10 building their tennis foundations.
