High Wind Alert for Lexington

Wind gusts will hit 30 mph or higher in Lexington Wednesday, possibly causing power line hazards.

The windy weather will be accompanied by unusually high temperatures—the high Wednesday was expected to hit 75 degrees. A passing shower is possible in the afternoon. Temperatures will plunge to the low 40s at night.
