Il Casale Cucina Campana presents Beer & Swine Dinner Showcasing Baxter Brewing Company

Chef Dante de Magistris and Brewer Jon Green team up to present a five-course menu celebrating all things pork paired with premium beers

On Monday, September 28, il Casale Cucina Campana is hosting a beer dinner with Baxter Brewing Company. Guests are invited to indulge in a thematic five-course beer & swine dinner showcasing various cuts and preparations from a whole pig. Chef Dante’s simplistic use of spices and techniques will be perfectly paired with the flavorful, high quality ingredients of Baxter’s premium ales.

The price is $60 per person and includes the following courses:
