Il Casale Cucina Campana will open in Lexington by May 23, the new owner told the Boston Globe.
Chef Dante de Magistris is focusing the new restaurant on cuisine from Campania with a menu that concentrates on family recipes. The menu includes baked pasta, Neapolitan street food, pizzaiola and family style lasagna. de Magistris told the Globe that the family had been looking around Boston for a new restaurant, but that his brother moved to Lexington and "really fell in love with it."
