Chef Dante de Magistris teams up with Master Brewer Jack Hendler to host a dinner layered with Southern Italian bites and craft brewed lager

WHO: Chef/Owner Dante de Magistris of il Casale Lexington has teamed up with Master Brewer/Co-Owner Jack Hendler of Jack’s Abby to present a beer dinner featuring Southern Italian fare paired with full-flavored lagers.
Jack’s Abby exclusively brews lagers and Master Brewer/Co-Owner Jack Hendler and his two brothers not only love the taste of lager, but also its rich history. The Hendler brothers are determined to give Americans the opportunity to love lagers made with quality, locally sourced ingredients and mindful brewing practices.

WHAT: On Monday, May 18, il Casale Cucina Campana in Lexington is hosting a beer dinner with Jack’s Abby Brewery. Guests are invited to indulge in a five-course menu with dishes created by Chef Dante de Magistris and beer pairings expertly brewed by Jack’s Abby. The flavorful, traditional ingredients Chef Dante uses in his dishes perfectly pair with the high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients in the lagers brewed by Jack’s Abby.
