Indictments Handed Down In Lexington Case: DA
The Middlesex DA's office recently announced indictments handed down between Aug. 14 and Sept. 20.
LEXINGTON, MA – One case tied to Lexington is among the latest round of indictments in Middlesex County. District Attorney Marian Ryan recently announced indictments handed down between Aug. 14 and Sept. 20.
Carlos Cruz, 35, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.
