Internship Opportunity Available

Well established commercial real estate company seeking a self-motivated and detail-orientated professional to assist with leasing, management, brokerage and development of retail shopping centers throughout the Northeastern United States. We are primarily seeking a college intern looking for part time work to gain experience in commercial real estate. This opportunity is part time (20-30 hours a week).

The qualified Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the brokerage team including:

-   Providing assistance with brokerage assignments
-   Answering and directing inbound phone calls
-   Preparing proposals, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases, lease abstracts, and lease renewal agreements
-   Conducting market research, completing financial analysis and bookkeeping
-   Collecting and preparing information on qualified prospects for brokers
-   Creating and updating marketing materials, websites, advertisements, and submitting press releases
-   Providing support throughout the deal process

The candidate should:

-   Have a High School Diploma
-   Exhibit a motivated and proactive work ethic along with superior problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills
-   Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, Outlook, Word and Excel, Dropbox, PDF’s, social media and have the ability to quickly learn new software
-   Have strong written and oral communication skills
