Italian Cooking & Language with Omar Laurino

From everyday basics to articulate desserts and risottos, Italian native and food enthusiast Omar Laurino will teach you how to cook Italian dishes with simple ingredients you can find easily, and tools you already have in your kitchen. Hands-on lessons will be seasoned with anecdotes about the origins of some staple Italian and Italian American dishes.

This class will meet for 6 Wednesdays beginning April 24th from 6:30-8:30pm. The class will meet at LexMedia Studios and will be filmed for broadcast. The tuition is $145 and there is a materials fee of $30 to be paid to the instructor at the first class.
