Kate Beaman Joins Hammond Residential Winchester Team

Agent joins experienced Winchester team

WINCHESTER, Mass. (April 6, 2015) – Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Winchester, Lexington, and Concord offices, is pleased to announce that Kate Beaman has affiliated with Hammond. A New England native who was born in Yarmouth Port, Beaman currently resides in Medford. She studied graphic design and business management. An avid athlete, Beaman is extremely active within the health and fitness community. She annually participates in soccer leagues and numerous races, including Spartan races, Ruckus runs, and assorted marathons. In her spare time, Beaman enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Prior to her real estate career, Beaman enjoyed a successful career in hospitality management, graphic design, marketing, and writing. As a Hammond agent, Beaman draws upon her diverse skill set to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Her experience in business management, organization, and marketing helps her to smoothly navigate her clients through all phases of a real estate transaction. With her strong work ethic and positive attitude, Beaman looks forward to being a knowledgeable resource for both her buyer and seller clients.
