Letha Prestbo Joins Hammond Residential Lexington Team

Agent joins experienced Lexington team

LEXINGTON, Mass. (January 20, 2015) - Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Lexington, Concord and Winchester offices, is pleased to announce that Letha Prestbo has affiliated with Hammond and will be collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Lexington office located at 1775 Massachusetts Avenue.

Prestbo resides in the mid-century Lexington community of Five Fields, along with her husband and three children. She studied at Bates College and Harvard University, where she developed a keen interest in architecture and design. Prestbo is an active board member of Five Fields, Inc., the neighborhood homeowners’ association, and she also serves as the incoming board president. Additionally, she belongs to a number of local activities committees, and she is a frequent volunteer leader in connection with her children’s school activities. In her spare time, Prestbo enjoys relaxing through acupuncture, as well as practicing yoga and Pilates.

Prior to her real estate career, Prestbo worked in the architectural field, focusing on marketing and research. She later went on to freelance as an author’s fact-checker. Prestbo once again put her architecture experience to work when she and her husband renovated their house, which was designed by Walter Gropius and The Architects Collaborative.
