Lexington 'Armed Career Criminal' Among DA Indictments

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Monday the grand jury indictments from April 13 to May 30.

Included in the indictments is a Lexington-related case. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Lexington
Robert Ivarson, 49, of Lexington, was charged with possession of a large capacity weapon, possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of a firearm without a license (3 counts), possession of ammunition without a license, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Nils Lundblad.
