Bierbrier Development of Lexington, MA has acquired South Shore Place in Braintree.

Bierbrier Development of Lexington, MA has acquired South Shore Place in Braintree from Carpenter & Company for $41.5 million.
The shopping center, across from the South Shore Plaza, is the largest acqusition for Bierbrier, who also owns proprities in Arlington, Haverhill, Medford, Brockton and Newton.

“South Shore Place is an exciting addition to the Bierbrier Development portfolio offering a stable income stream for the future as one of the few open air locations for retailers interested in growing in this market. ” Bierbrier President, Len Bierbrier said in a press release.
South Shore Place is home to multiple establishments that include Legal Sea Foods, Starbucks, AT&T , Jos. A. Bank, Qdoba, and T.G.I. Friday.
