Lexington Grand Jury Indictments: One Indictment Announced
One grand jury indictment has been announced revolving an incident occurring in Lexington.

LEXINGTON, MA—Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments dating from Jan. 14 to Feb. 17 in the county, and one case that allegedly occurred in Lexington have yielded an indictment.
Please note that the case below is based on an alleged offense that occurred in Lexington.
Below is the indictment, according to an announcement from the District Attorney’s office. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty, according to the announcement:
Benjamin Patrick, 31, of Wilmington, North Carolina, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Graham Van Epps.
