Lexington Launches Free Downtown Parking Program
The six-space. 30-minute parking lot is next to the Depot Lot.

The following is from the Town of Lexington:
The Town of Lexington recently created a 6-space parking area directly adjacent to the Depot Lot along Meriam Street. The spaces will provide visitors and customers of the Center FREE short-term (30 minutes) parking. The intent is to serve all types of users coming to the Center, whether you’re looking for a space to grab a cup of coffee, stop at the local pharmacy or ask for directions at the Visitor Center.
The pilot project was approved by the Board of Selectmen on July 14th, 2014 and will remain open from July 30 - Oct 31, 2014. This is one of many strategies being implemented as part of a new Parking Management & Implementation Plan presented to the Board of Selectmen this past June. For details check out the Town’s website: http://lexingtonma.gov/parking/
