Officials are trying to fill vacancies on a host of town committees.

Lexington officials said they want “broader participation” from citizens to help fill vacancies on a host of committees.
Officials are seeking volunteers for the following committees:
- Battle Road Scenic Byway Committee
- Bio Safety Committee
- Center Committee
- Communications Advisory Committee
- Council for the Arts
- Design Advisory Committee
- Energy Conservation Committee
- Fence Viewers
- Greenways Corridor Committee
- Housing Partnership Board
- Human Services Committee
- Noise Advisory Committee
- Sidewalk Committee
- Sustainable Lexington Committee
- Tourism Committee
- Town Celebrations Committee
- Town Report Committee
- Transportation Advisory Committee
- Tree Committee
- Water and Sewer Abatement Board
“We hope you will consider bringing your talents to one of these committees,” Selectmen said in a statement.
