Lexington's 2016 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map
Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.
LEXINGTON, MA — There is one sex offender living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Lexington as of Oct. 14, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.
Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.
- Carl O. Peterson, 51, works and lives at 3 Winston Rd. He was convicted of O/S indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and rape and abuse of a child in 2000.
