Spring is one of the four mesocycles in our annual master plan (macrocycle). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule: from 2 days per week to 3, 4, or 5 days — or simply individual days. Let’s work together to find the best option for you. Fitness and functional training are integrated into every academy session. Program Options Pre-Competition Academy For developing players beginning the competitive pathway (ages approx. 10–14) Monday / Wednesday / Friday 3:30–6:00 PM Functional training: 5:30–6:00 PM Competition Academy For tournament-level players (ages approx. 12–18) Monday–Friday 5:00–8:00 PM Integrated fitness: 5:00–6:00 PM Cocos Academy (Red / Orange / Green Ball) For players ages 5–10 building their tennis foundations. K-12 summer soccer camps in Wayland, Wilmington, Tewksbury, and Belmont MA. Features: Sportsmanship: Our camp culture prizes sportsmanship, highlighted by our daily sportsperson awards and weekly CSS Cup. Skill Development: Ball control, possession, finishing, team tactical training, and multi-themed camps. Campers receive evaluations weekly, and parents receive daily photos and updates of training. Home Grown: We are run by established, credentialed local teachers and coaches. Many CSS campers are accepted into our CIT program and become coaches.
