Lexington's Halloween Weekend Forecast: Wet, Windy, Frigid
Forecasters said there could be power outages.

The National Weather Service is predicting rain and wind gusts that could lead to power outages this Halloween weekend.
Friday will be clear, but rain is likely Saturday and winds could exceed 40 mph at night. There could also be minor flooding in coastal areas. Snow is not expected, but the low on Sunday will be 29 degrees.

- Saturday: Rain likely. High 50, low 33. Winds could exceed 40 mph at night.
- Sunday: Party sunny, High 50, low 29.
