Lexington's High-Level Sex Offenders 2015

Lexington has three Level 3 sex offenders living or working in town.

The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

These are Lexington’s Level 3 offenders:

• Francis Riordan, 61, lives at 12 Evergreen Ln. He was convicted of raping a child in 1977, indecent assault of a child in 2006, and gross lewdness in 2006.
• Thomas Hickey, 31, works at 675 Lowell St. He was convicted of indecent assault on a child in 2003.
• Carl Peterson, 49, lives and works at 3 Winston Rd. He was convicted of raping a child in 2000.
