Lexrecneeds Survey Mailed To Randomly-Selected Households

As part of our community needs assessment, our consultant is sending a survey to a few thousand randomly selected households in Lexington. The survey will help us determine the current and future needs of our community's parks, recreation programs, and facilities.

If you are one of the randomly-selected households, please be sure to fill it out and return it as soon as possible. Your input will help drive short and long-term decision-making in the areas mentioned above!

The envelope will look like the picture above, but it will of course say "Town of Lexington, MA" on it.
