Michael Carpenter Joins Hammond Residential Lexington Team

LEXINGTON, Mass. (January 14, 2015) - Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Lexington, Concord and Winchester offices, is pleased to announce that agent Michael Carpenter has affiliated with Hammond and will be collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Lexington office located at 1775 Massachusetts Avenue.

Carpenter is a longtime California resident who recently relocated to Bedford, Massachusetts. He earned an Associate of Science from Santa Rosa Junior College, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in exercise science from California State University Sonoma. In his spare time, Michael enjoys cycling and practicing his woodworking skills.

Prior to his career in real estate, Carpenter enjoyed a lengthy and successful career in the Fire Service, where he served as a Captain and Engineer. In his new role as a Hammond agent, Carpenter is known for being a trusted and reliable resource for his buyer and seller clients as they navigate the home purchase and sale process. He understands the complex nature of a real estate transaction, working hard and diligently to ensure that his clients achieve their desired real estate goals.
