Lexington is in store for more snow Thursday.
The National Weather Service said about 2 inches will fall Thursday around noon. Wind gusts will hit 30 mph—pushing wind chill values below zero. Friday will also be frigid, and there could be another round of snow Saturday night.

Here’s the latest NWS forecast:
- Wednesday: Chance of snow around 7 a.m. and again after 4 p.m. Little or no accumulation. High of 27 degrees, low 11.
- Thursday: Snow, mainly around noon. Accumulation of about 2 inches. Wind gusts as high as 30 mph, with wind chill values as low as zero. High 22, low -1.
- Friday: Sunny. High 15, low -3.
- Saturday: Partly sunny, with a chance of snow at night. High 26, low 21.
- Sunday: Snow likely. High 36, low 12
- Monday: Partly sunny. High 23, low 3.
