New Pizza House Approved for Arlington Heights
A Winchester man is behind the new venture.
The Arlington Board of Selectmen approved an operating license Monday for a new pizza house in the Heights.
Zdravko Pashev, of Winchester, is behind the new venture, Pizza Mia, at 1345 Mass. Ave. – the former home of Bill’s House of Pizza, Napoli Kitchen and I Chef (all pizza houses as well).
Bill’s House of Pizza had been in business for just a year before it closed fairly recently.

Pizza Mia is Pashev’s first business. He has worked at Papa Gino’s in Bedford and Pizza Mia in Billerica.
Pashev hopes to have Pizza Mia open in a few weeks. The pizza house will deliver and be pen 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
