Papa Razzi Metro Introduces "Metro Mondays" And "The Happiest Hours"

Culinary Arts Director Kevin DiLibero and the Papa Razzi Metro team invite guests to beat the Monday blues with Metro Mondays, a new promotion that allows guests to enjoy time tested Italian staples at a fraction of the cost. Additionally, Papa Razzi Metro is rolling out The Happiest Hours, a new promotion where guests can enjoy Neapolitan pizza and salumi bar offerings for half the price Monday – Friday from 4:00 – 6:00 pm & 9:00 – 11:00 pm in the bar and lounge.

Papa Razzi Metro, a unique dining destination paying homage to the simple, sweet life suggestive in Italian philosophy, is launching Metro Mondays. Guests can now enjoy entrées and pastas for only $18.99 all day on Mondays. Entrée favorites include the Frutti di Mare with little necks, mussels, shrimp, calamari, fluke, tomato-seafood broth, and grilled bread, the Veal Chop Saltimbocca made with long bone rib chop, pan-friend, prosciutto, mozzarella, and sage brown butter, the Slow-Cooked Natural Chicken with roasted breast & confit leg, fennel, tomato-white bean, ragù, and braised escarole, and the classic Chicken Parmigiana with pan-fried chicken breast, pomodoro, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and linguine. Highlights of the pasta selections include the Basil Rigatoni with pulled chicken, tomato, shitake mushrooms, roasted garlic butter sauce, and pecorino, the Orcchiette Salsiccia with sweet Italian sausage, broccoli rabe pesto, and pecorino, and the Linguini Vongole with steamed little neck, chopped clams, pancetta, garlic, and Pinot Grigio ocean broth.

The fun doesn’t have to end with dinner. Papa Razzi Metro is also launching The Happiest Hours. Every Monday through Friday from 4:00 – 6:00 & 9:00 – 11:00 pm, guests in the bar and lounge can enjoy half-off both salumi bar selections and Chef DiLibero’s authentic Neapolitan pizza.
