Parts of The Minuteman Bike Trail Will be Closed for Paving Starting Next Week
Work will continue until Sept. 30. Here's what you need to know.
LEXINGTON, MA — As summer comes to the close, workers will begin to work on a portion of the Minuteman Bike Path starting on Sept. 12.
According to the Town's website, the Minuteman Bike Trail will be closed between Bedford Street and Hancock Street for reconstruction and paving operations. Work is set to continue through Sept. 30.
Work will take place Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to dusk.

The following is a detour that will be posted with signage at all major junctions
- Right onto Bedford Street -.92 miles
- Left onto Harrington Road - 80 feet
- Left onto Hancock Street - 120 feet.
