Pedestrian Struck, Killed On I-95 In Lexington: MSP

A pedestrian died Friday morning after he was hit by a tractor trailer.

LEXINGTON, MA – A pedestrian died after he was hit by a tractor trailer on I-95 North Friday morning. State police said the 2017 Freightliner tractor trailer, driven by a 40-year-old Pennsylvania man, hit a male pedestrian at about 3:45 a.m. between Exits 30A and 30B in Lexington.

The victim was taken to Lahey Hospital in Burlington, where he was pronounced dead. He has not yet been identified.

Two lanes were closed Friday morning while the victim was taken from the scene. All lanes have since reopened.
