Pleasant Street In Lexington To Close Overnight
A section of the roadway will close Friday night to prepare for the sidewalk project.
LEXINGTON, MA – Pleasant Street in Lexington will close Friday night from Worthen Road East – prior to the Route 2 West on-ramp – to Massachusetts Avenue. The roadway will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m.
Crews will work overnight to clear trees in preparation for the sidewalk project, which includes installation of a sidewalk along the western side of Pleasant Street from the Wilson Farm driveway to Dover Lane. Once completed, there will be a continuous sidewalk from Massachusetts Avenue to Concord Avenue.
Detours will be in place on the routes below.
