Police ID Tractor-Trailer Driver in Fatal Lexington Crash
Charles Vancor, 40, of Lebanon, N.H. was killed Saturday morning.

Police have identified the tractor-trailer driver who died in a crash in Lexington Saturday morning as Charles Vancor, 40, of Lebanon, N.H.
The rig was loaded with liquid asphalt; about 5,000 gallons spilled on Interstate 95 when the vehicle veered into the median and flipped on its side just south of Exit 30, police said.
State and federal environmental officials responded to clean up the spill.

The crash happened at about 5 a.m. and snarled traffic as crews worked the scene. As of 6 p.m., two lanes on the highway were still closed.
Vancor was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said they were investigating what may have caused the crash.

The rig was owned by JP Noonan Transportation of Hooksett , N.H., police said.
